23rd March 2010
It is with regret, that Storm Elite's Monday Adult session, will from next week, no longer run, due to lack of interest.
Where every door closes though, another opens, and as a result of the extra time available, I have decided, from Easter onwards, to run TWO club sessions on a Monday night!
Instead of one club session from 6-8pm, there will now be two sessions, running back to back:
The
'early' session, from 5.30-7.30pm
The 'late' session, from 7.30-9.30pm
This has two advantages, firstly, it will mean that we will have room for a few more members to join, from the waiting list. Secondly and more importantly, running a double session is more cost effective on hall hire, so the NUMBER of members training at each session can be capped at a lower number, meaning a lower coach to pupil ratio, meaning more coaching and more goes!
I'm HOPING that the existing Monday jumpers will conveniently divide themselves between the two sessions, in order for this to work as I'd like...
The new sessions will begin, the first Monday back after the Easter break (19th April 2010)
21st March 2010

Lastly, thank you to Steve Watts who was on hand as photographer for the the event. Photos will be viewable on the gallery soon. If you would like to buy copies of any photos, they will be available for sale, more details to follow.

After the unfortunate postponing of last weekends competitions, I can confirm that:
- The Club competition will now be held on Saturday 23rd January, from 1-3pm.
- The Grading competition has moved to Sunday 24th January, but none of the coaches can attend this date, as it clashes with the Southern Schools Zonal Competition. Those affected have been emailed with the options available.
2nd January 2010

Don't forget! It's half term next week, so there's no training until the week beginning 2nd November.
11th October 2009
Website updated with a new style! Hope you like it!
Also, a reminder for all members/parents, that from half term onwards, the dress code, described in the club info pack, and stated on the Clothing page is, will become strictly enforced. Those turning up incorrectly dressed will receive less coaching than those dressed correctly. For information, here it is:
For training sessions, all members should wear suitable skin-tight clothing. Leotards are preferable (any design will do), with sensible short-shorts or lycra hot-pants for girls. Boys can wear a leotard and either short-shorts or stirrups. As an alternative, boys can wear a 'base layer' tight top (Under Armour/Nike Pro or similar).
23rd September 2009
For the foreseealbe future, we will NOT be running an early session on a Wednesday as hoped. If this changes, I will update the website accordingly.
As of today, both the Monday and Wednesday sessions are now full and a waiting list is in operation.
6th September 2009
Training starts tomorrow! We have many new faces and a new club ethos. Due to the nature of this being a new club, during your first session, you'll be given loads of pieces of paper, all of which need to be read carefully, some of which need to be actioned as soon as possible. If you'd like to print them in advance, or in case you lose any of them, you can download them below:
